Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InterviUni. These terms form a binding agreement between you and InterviUni.
1. Acceptance of Terms
•By creating an account or using InterviUni, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
•These terms apply to all users — free, Pro, and Complete plan subscribers.
•We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
•InterviUni provides AI-powered IT interview coaching, ATS resume analysis, certification course content, cheat sheets, and resume templates.
•The platform is intended for IT professionals and job seekers preparing for technical roles and certifications.
•AI-generated feedback is for educational and preparation purposes only — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.
3. Account Registration
•You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
•You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
•One account per person. Do not share accounts or use another person's credentials.
•You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Trial
•New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial at no cost and with no credit card required.
•The trial includes up to 3 mock interviews, up to 3 ATS resume checks, and access to all cheat sheets and study guides.
•The trial begins automatically on account creation. It expires after 7 calendar days regardless of usage.
•No charge is made at trial end. To continue with Pro features after the trial, you must purchase a paid plan.
•InterviUni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
•Free plan: Access to limited features at no cost — no credit card required.
•Pro plan: Monthly or annual subscription billed via Stripe. Renews automatically until cancelled.
•Complete plan: All courses and features included. Billed via Stripe.
•Individual course purchases: One-time payment for lifetime access to a specific course.
•Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on subscription plans if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Contact support@interviuni.com. Individual course purchases are non-refundable after course completion.
•Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
•You may use InterviUni for personal career development and exam preparation only.
•You may not: resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
•You may not: use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract content.
•You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our course materials, interview questions, or AI prompts.
•You may not: use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
•Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Copyright
•All content on InterviUni — including but not limited to course materials, lesson text, quiz questions, cheat sheets, interview question banks, resume templates, diagrams, branding, and UI design — is the exclusive copyrighted property of InterviUni and is protected under the copyright laws of the United Arab Emirates and international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.
•Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any platform content is strictly prohibited.
•You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access content solely for your own personal career development during the period of your active subscription or free plan access. This licence does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
•Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to InterviUni may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
8. Trademarks
•InterviUni is an unregistered trademark of InterviUni. The name, logo, taglines, and distinctive visual identity of InterviUni are proprietary trade marks and may not be used without express written permission.
•You may not use the InterviUni name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by InterviUni without prior written consent.
•All other certification names, product names, and company names mentioned on the platform — including Microsoft®, CompTIA®, Cisco®, AWS®, Google Cloud®, and CISSP® — are registered trademarks of their respective owners. InterviUni is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these organisations.
•References to third-party certifications and products are for descriptive and educational purposes only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
•InterviUni is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
•We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any certification exam or obtaining employment.
•AI-generated interview feedback is probabilistic and educational — it is not a prediction of real interview performance.
•We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for 99.5% availability but scheduled maintenance may cause brief outages.
10. Limitation of Liability
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviUni's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
•You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
•We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
•Upon termination, your access to paid content ceases. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
12. Governing Law
•These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
•Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
•If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
